Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
About us
Amplivate is a trading name of Charlie Robinson, a digital marketing agency based in West Sussex. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Amplivate, and "you" means the business using our services.
Services
Amplivate provides digital marketing services including Local SEO, Google Business Profile management, website design, branding, social media management, and AI powered tools. The exact services, deliverables and price for each client are agreed with you in writing before any work starts.
Plans and billing
Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance by invoice. Plans run month to month with no long term contract unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. One off projects, such as a website build, are quoted separately and the payment terms are set out in your quote.
Cancellation
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by giving one month's notice by email to [email protected]. Work already completed or in progress during the notice period is still payable.
Your responsibilities
To do our job well we need timely access to the accounts, content and information we ask for, such as your Google Business Profile, website login or photos. Delays in providing these can affect timelines. You're responsible for making sure any content you give us is yours to use.
Website ownership
For website design projects, ownership of the final site, its content, and any associated domain transfers to you once the project is paid in full, unless we've agreed otherwise.
Results
We work to agreed strategies and industry good practice, but we can't guarantee specific search rankings, enquiry volumes, or business outcomes. These depend on factors outside our control, including third party platforms such as Google.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your work is the one in place when you agreed to it, unless we agree a change with you.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
